LOW-HIGH POWER PIN DIODES

$0.00

Control Devices: MBP Series

Description

Typical Performance The Massachusetts Bay Technologies MBP series of PIN diodes are manufactured using high resistivity silicon epitaxial material grown on a highly doped low resistivity substrate. These PIN diodes are designed for fast switching speed, low loss microwave applications and for high power, high voltage RF applications. These devices are able to meet all visual criteria in space and military applications.

Applications

This series is used in switch applications which include high speed low power switches, medium power switches, high power switches and attenuators, digital phase shifters, duplexes and TR switches.
